Japan	Hiroshima	Santiago Guesthouse	Great, modern hostel with well equippend kitchen. Super spacious and clean bathrooms, laundry possibilities. With 28 people so far the biggest doorm I had but with the capsule concept easy to get some sleep.	http://hiroshima.sansansantiago.com
Japan	Hiroshima	K’s House	K’s is a hostel operator with houses all over Japan. K’s in Hiroshima is quite okay but not as modern as Santiago Guest House. Dorms are smaller and further facilities are quite good as well.	http://kshouse.jp/hiroshima-e/
Japan	Kawaguchiko (Mt. Fuji)	K’s House	Like K’s House in Hiroshima not this modern and due to lots of hikers a bit musty. Facilities are okay and okayish value for money.	http://kshouse.jp/fuji-e/
Japan	Kobe	Yume Nomad	The hostel is very frumpy even if it just opened 2 years ago. Beds are quite confortable, outdoor and common area are nice as well. Unfortunately Kobe is just a pass-by-destation – so the atmosphere is not that great.	http://yumenomad.com/hostel-e/
Japan	Kyoto	Capsule Ryokan	Great concept – a Ryokan in capsule style. Hosts are very nice, kitchen for warming up stuff available. Due to the spacious capsule privacy is guaranteed. Bathrooms are clean and spacious as well. If the dorms are fully booked there might be some issues to handle all the luggare.	http://www.capsule-ryokan-kyoto.com
Japan	Osaka	Ark Hostel	Just one metro station from central Osaka but very quiet neighbourhood. Bathrooms modern and super clean. Beds with curtains, boards and sockets. Unfortunately the dorms are really big – hard to get some sleep.	http://ark-osaka.jp/en/information/
Japan	Tokyo	Oak Housel Fuji	Super modern hostel with spacious end many bath rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is Asakusa – so not in the heart of Tokyo but close to many sights. No party hostel but absolutely recommendeable!	http://www.oakhouse.jp/blog/tokyonomado/?p=6543
